Combat Jackets and jeans will replace a traditional white wedding dress when two of Bugbrooke's Jesus People marry on Monday.
A nineteen year old and her 27 year old bridegroom, will be wearing the Jesus Army uniform for their marriage in the golden Marquee at Cornhill Manor, Pattishall.
The leader of the controversial religious sect Noel Stanton will conduct the marriage service with the local registrar there for legal reasons.
The wedding is part of the Jesus Army's latest recruitment drive which starts on Saturday with all 700 members of the fellowship marching through Northampton, waving flags and banners, and singing hymns.
The eight day campaign includes smaller marches in Kettering, Davenrty and Towcester, and followers will be transported around the county in a double-decker bus called the Power Coach.
The campaign ends on September 5 with a convoy of some 100 vehicles travelling through Northampton, Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough.
